Novoriq Revenue OS
Last Updated: May 15, 2026
By accessing and using Novoriq OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
Novoriq Revenue OS provides dispute intake, operational audit, chargeback review, and evidence document generation tools for merchants. The Service integrates with Stripe to process dispute and charge records and to prepare evidence PDFs for operational representment review. Novoriq does not guarantee that any individual dispute will be reversed or won.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Stripe account and creating an appropriately scoped restricted API key for Novoriq. By connecting a restricted key, you authorize Novoriq to use the permitted Stripe resources solely to synchronize disputes, verify charges, create or receive webhook notifications, generate operational audits, and prepare evidence documents.
You retain ownership and administrative control of your Stripe account. Novoriq does not require permission to transfer funds, create charges, issue refunds, change payout settings, or administer your Stripe account. You may revoke or rotate your restricted key in Stripe, though doing so may interrupt synchronization and evidence workflows.
Novoriq stores connected credentials and webhook signing secrets in encrypted form and processes webhook events to maintain dispute, charge, audit, and PDF generation records. You agree not to submit unrestricted Stripe secret keys where a restricted key is requested. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide or authorize Novoriq to process may be used for dispute operations.
Subscriptions are managed through third-party billing providers. Performance fees, where applicable, are tracked against recovered revenue according to your active subscription tier or agreement. Access may be provisioned, limited, downgraded, or revoked based on subscription state, trial expiration, payment status, or policy enforcement.
Audit outputs, operational summaries, and evidence PDFs are generated from available records and should be reviewed by your team before external submission. You are responsible for the accuracy of merchant policies, fulfillment records, customer communications, and other business-specific evidence supplied to or synchronized through the Service.
In no event shall Novoriq OS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service or the failure to win a chargeback dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
Operational note: restricted Stripe access is intended to constrain Novoriq to dispute review and evidence workflows, not broad account administration.
